Not at all!
Part of the beauty of the Rosary is that it can be prayed by anyone. In fact, it was originally created as a tool for evangelizing - ie, teaching the core parts of the Christian faith to non-believers!
Yes you can - physical Rosaries are tools to help you keep track of where you are in the long chain of prayers, but they aren't essential. If you have another means to keep track of how many Hail Marys or decades you've recited, that works too.
If you're reading this on the internet, then you also have the option to visit a website like YouTube and can pray the Rosary by following along with a video. There are also apps for this.
In Matthew 6:7, Jesus warns us about using "vain and repetitive" prayers, and many people take this to mean that saying prayers over and over again, as you do in the Rosary, is unbiblical.
The issue with this viewpoint is that it's focusing on the wrong thing. Saying the same prayer more than once isn't a problem - if it was, Jesus wouldn't have followed this warning by teaching us to pray the Lord's Prayer, which is easily one of the most repeated prayers in Christianity.
Instead, Jesus was focusing on two mistakes people were making with their prayers. The first mistake was to make a show of praying, using long-winded speeches in front of an audience. The other mistake was to assume the words themselves hold power, and thereby assume that by repeating them their power would manifest.
If we are going to learn from the Bible, then we must also ensure that we keep verses in their context, lest we give them a new and unintended meaning.
